We have the people available who can keep your computers up and running, as well as come to your office to fix the annoying problems that pop up. We are available on an as-needed basis, or to come in at a specified day and time each week.

Custom databases
We are specialists with FileMaker Pro, and can design a custom database specifically for your company's needs. We will sit down with you, interview the users involved in the database, and put together a plan to "get the job done". We provide an estimate for time and costs, so you don't go beyond your budget. We'll work with you to get you a system that is fully functional at a reasonable cost.

Also, management reports are created to allow the management team the ability to make decisions based on actual data and information.

If your organization is currently using Excel spreadsheets or paper and pencil to track data (clients, inventory, etc.), then now is the time to create a custom database for your organization. This will allow everyone within your company to access important data and reports.

Networking
If you have multiple computer platforms, i.e. Macintosh and Windows-based, you may need us to help get all the computers "talking" to each other. We can help with the network, IP addressing for the internet and e-mail, and a transparent method to share files and documents between all computers.
